Last Updated: October 5, 2026

1. Agreement and Organizations with a Signed Agreement

These API Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Parkeze Inc. and its affiliate Parkeze LLC (together, "Parkeze"). Parkeze Inc. owns the Parkeze API and all intellectual property in it; Parkeze LLC operates the services the API provides access to.

If you access the API as an authorized user of an organization that has a separate signed agreement with Parkeze Inc. or Parkeze LLC, that agreement governs your organization's use of the API and controls over these API Terms where they conflict, including on dispute resolution. References below to your authorization agreement include that agreement.

2. Access Restrictions

Access to the Parkeze API (api.parkeze.com) is strictly limited to approved developers only. All API access requests must be reviewed and explicitly authorized by Parkeze before any access credentials are issued.

Unauthorized access attempts or use of the API without proper authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Proprietary Rights

The Parkeze API, including all associated documentation, code examples, data structures, and responses, is the exclusive proprietary property of Parkeze Inc. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, or create derivative works from any part of the API, its documentation, or any data obtained through the API without explicit written permission from Parkeze Inc.

4. Approved Use Only

Approved developers may only use the API for the specific purposes outlined in their authorization agreement. Any use outside the scope of your authorization is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

All intellectual property rights related to the Parkeze API, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights, remain the exclusive property of Parkeze Inc.

Your use of the API does not grant you any ownership rights or licenses beyond the limited access rights explicitly provided in your authorization agreement.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

7. Data Usage and Privacy

Any data accessed through the API must be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. You must not misuse, sell, or share data obtained through the API except as explicitly authorized.

You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures to protect any data obtained through the API.

8. Monitoring and Compliance

Parkeze reserves the right to monitor API usage to ensure compliance with these terms. We may audit your use of the API and request information about your implementation and usage patterns.

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your API access without prior notice.

9. Termination

Parkeze reserves the right to terminate or suspend your API access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination:

The API is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Parkeze Inc. does not warrant that the API will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parkeze Inc. and Parkeze LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the API.
