Help with the Parkeze app.
Email [email protected] and a person replies, usually within a day. Tell us the phone number or email you sign in with and, for a pass, the link you were sent.
Signing in
Enter your phone number or email and we send you a code. If your email belongs to an organization that uses Parkeze, you sign in through that organization instead. You can use the map, see availability and keep passes without signing in.
Parking passes
A pass arrives as a link. It opens in the app, in the App Clip or in your browser, and can be added to Apple Wallet. If it asks for your vehicle, that is what the lot needs to know who is parked there.
Organizations
Linking an organization in Settings, Organizations shows its lots in the app. Parkeze sees only that you are a member. Unlink it there at any time.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Settings, Account, Delete Account. Your account, phone number, emails, vehicles and saved passes are deleted. You can also email us to ask. How we handle your information is in ourprivacy policy.
